The design documentation deals with installation of the new forging line with press 4000 t in the existing hall of MSV Metal Studénka, utilizing the existing utility sources. The line consists of induction heating, expander, crank stamping press LZK 4000B and trimming press LDO 500. Individual equipment is interconnected by means of conveyers and robots. Dies lubrication is provided automatically, using the lubrication robot.
