AVD Furnaces Burners Replacement

Description: This Project dealt with replacement of 17 pieces of burners at furnaces F1 and F2 of AVD 6 unit, aimed to increase of burners capacity and keeping of NOx emission limits in off-gases. The new installed burners satisfy the current standards and legislation of the Slovak Republic and European Union.
This Project dealt also with replacement of flue exhauster L2, reconstruction of natural and fuel gas piping, replacement and addition of Instrumentation items and modification of the existing control system.
